How is the 2 bedroom unit assigned

I have booked a 2 bedroom for SSR and did not specify dedicated or lock-off as it doesnt really matter. In my mind it would be one less request to fill in hopes that my other request would be met (no ground floor).

When not specifying does it automatically book a dedicated or does it leave it open for either? should I actually call back and specify that either one is ok?

I know with BCV, and I assume it would be the same with the other resorts, that you reserve a dedicated or a lock-off 2 bedroom, it is not a request. Perhaps other SSR owners would know if they are 2 different room types there as well. I could see them filling up the dedicated units before the lock-offs. Call MS and find out what you have. The dedicated would get you 2 queen beds in the second bedroom insead of a queen and full sleeper sofa.

There are 360 dedicated 2 bedrooms. So you could call and request for one.
