How is Pinocchio Village Haus at MK?

Hi everyone
I have been looking over the menu and saw some pics of the food, the figaro fries look yummy and the open face italian sandwich look good as well...just wondering what everyone thinks of this place

we ate there for the first time when we were in MK a week ago.We all had the italian sandwiches,even though I told DH i wanted the salad(he ordered the wrong thing for me) the sandwiches were yummy.DS9 had the cheese pizza which he also liked.The best part was getting a seat by the window so we could watch the people on it's a small world and wave at them and alot waved back.We would eat here again when we go back.

It's a must-do for us every year because of the Figaro Fries. The pizza is average.

My family really enjoys having lunch here.

DD always gets a smoothie in a souvenir plastic cup!
We've got a half-dozen of them now. Some of these cups we though at the poolside bars at CBR & SSR.
They have the same smoothies.

I'd like to try it next trip but after looking at the menu I find it discouraging that a pizza-type place doesn't offer pizza on the kids menu. (We use the DDP). I know my own DD would be really disappointed. And it's not like the PB&J is this huge sandwich. IIRC it was one of those teensy uncrustables. That's like an appetizer!!

it's just o.k. but what really makes it fun is you can see its a small world ride right inside the restaurant!

We liked the sandwiches and figaro fries but not one of us enjoyed the pizza and that includes 2 kids!

We really like the cheese pizza/salad combo. The Figaro Fries are yummy, too! Last trip we were able to sit upstairs at an outside table overlooking Dumbo, etc. Really enjoyed that!

we eat there at least 2 times everytime we go to disney...it's our favorite!

We ate here last trip for the first time and really enjoyed it! We are planning on going back for our next trip. I had the Antipasto salad and loved it. There cannolis were also very good

THis was a must for us before they changed it to the new menu (DH loved the fixin's bar). We were a bit apprehensive about the new menu- since pizza at the park doesn't ever tend to be great (think pizza planet, MGM). But hearing the good reviews, we might have to rethink!

Love the Figaro Fries. The antipasti salad is good too, but I'd get the dressing on the side next time. I love sitting on the balcony overlooking Fantasyland.

For some reason this is one of my all-time favorite restauarants. Its always are first day lunch, and the food is edible, if not great.

What exactly are Figaro fries? I am very curious as you all seem to love them so much.
