How is EMH enforced?

We are staying offsite, but it looks like we will be at MK for morning EMH on a Thrusday. What time will we be able to enter the park and what time will we be able to start riding rides? Do all or most rides now have scanner that they use during EMH to keep out offsite guests or how is that enforced?
Thanks

1- ??

2- If you mean what time are non-resort guests admitted, that would be 9AM.

3- Morning EMH does not use "scanners" except to verify on-site resort guests as they enter the park.

For morning EMH, you won't be able to get in until official park open. No MagicBand (or KTTW), no entry. Once you enter at park open, virtually everything is open to you.

Uh. I wouldn't do it because we are never , ever up that early, but since we have MB's with our annual passes would that get us into the park early even with no current resort stay on the band? Or does it verify a valid resort stay?

Just curious - like I said - we could never make it there anyway - but it seems to leave room for abuse.

When they scan your MagicBand or RFID ticket at the entrance, it will show them if you are a current resort guest. If not, they will not let you enter the park until normal opening time.

I can't say that I've noticed all the cm at entrance with a little handheld computer thing - some yes but most no. So does the Mickey head not turn green? Or are they l equipped with the computer at EMH?

On Morning EMH days, I've seen CMs with handheld scanners checking people before they let them proceed to the actual entrance touch points.
