I just made an ADR for a 10:20 breakfast at Whispering Canyon Cafe for our February trip. We've eaten dinner there twice but have never been there for breakfast. How lively is the waitstaff in the morning? How is the food? Any tips or suggestions? Thanks!

The food is very good. And the atmosphere is very..errr..peaceful. Hehe. It's very enjoyable. The servers are funny and very...energetic. I loved WCC, and next time we go down to WDW, we'll be stopping there again for breakfast. It was delicious!

We had breakfast and dinner at Whispering in early November. At dinner it was very loud and we had horse races, etc. They played the ketchup game at dinner and at breakfast and the waiter/waitresses were very funny and teased the kids at breakfast. At dinner there was more entertainment from the waitresses/waiters than at breakfast but we enjoyed both visits. The food was good at each meal. My husband did not like his breakfast - 1 out of 9. He ordered corned beef hash but it was more like a spanish omelet. The description was not on the mark. Everyone loved their meat loaf and chicken at dinner and their eggs, pancakes and waffles at breakfast. It was a fun breakfast and dinner.

.
and we had the direct opposite.. :rotfl:
we went for a latish ( after mk closed dinner) and later 10-10:30 or so breakfast and i wonder if that has something to do with it. early people might be in a rush to get to apark but by latemorning not so much. and the dinner was lively, just not our server which was fine as it was the first time we had been there so it broke us in gently. breakfast skillet we loved, dinner skillet not so much but like the dinner plated meals a lot.

We went there for breakfast on the last morning of our trip, Oct. 8. Food was great, and the server, Hickory, did her very best to cheer us up on the sad occasion of our last day. We'll certainly go there again, but earlier in the trip when it will be more fun.

It's a little loud but fun. The food was good but go for the fun not the food!
