How is Boatwrights?

We will be staying at POR for the first time this coming Nov with friends of ours and I was wondering how Boatwrights was for breakfast?

Yummmy!!! I had the banana-stuffed french toast. It was huge and very tasty. Also had the fresh strawberries and cream. The service was also excellent.

We have had dinner but were not pleased at all! We love the resort, we just do not care for the restauranct. We live in Louisiana and like well seasoned/spiced food. Our meals were very bland.

I have had breakfast there one time with DW and that's the only meal we've had there.It was very good and we enjoyed our meal and over alll dining experience.

We will be there in May/June this year and I have heard good things about breakfast there. In fact, we ate breakfast there in 1997 but don't remember much.

On our trip I am hopping to do Cindy's for breakfast and Boatwright's one morning and the rest in the room.

Another positive for the breakfast experiance. I am thinking of the "girls" dong a relaxing breakfast before heading over to the GF Spa for facials on Thanksgiving Day.
