I really like AirTran. We have had great service, and find the staff to have really great senses of humor. If you connect in ATL, in my experience, they tend to overbook their flights departing from there. But if you're not in a hurry and take a voluntary bump, you can score some great vouchers for free flights. We have flown AirTran before, and will fly them to Orlando next month. They are a low fare carrier, so no meals. In coach they do have snack/beverage service. Although the don't have movies, they do have XM Satellite radio; the headphones are complimentary and you can keep them.
What I like best is their option to upgrade to business class on the day of departure. The cost varies, depending on flight distance, but it looks like you might be flying out of Indianapolis, so if there are business class seats available they should run $60 pp on a nonstop flight to MCO. There are no meals in business class either, but there are unlimited snacks, and alcoholic beverages are free. If you want to try this option, check in online as usual, and then request an upgrade from the agent at the departure gate or from the agent where you check your luggage. Passengers using check-in kiosks at the airport can upgrade at the kiosk based on availability.
