OMG it is so hot. I just went for a walk to my friends house and it is differcult to breathe. Is that spelled right? Oh well this is the weather advisory for nassau county, long island today...

TO BEAT THE HEAT...DRINK PLENTY OF WATER OR OTHER NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES...WEAR LIGHT COLORED LIGHTWEIGHT CLOTHES...AND IF POSSIBLE...SPEND MORE TIME IN AIR CONDITIONED OR WELL VENTILATED PLACES.

CHILDREN...THE ELDERLY AND PEOPLE WITH CHRONIC AILMENTS ARE USUALLY THE FIRST TO SUFFER FROM THE HEAT. I have never complained about the weather here in Florida but today honestly felt like the hottest day ever in Orlando...I think I melted while looking at plants at the garden center at Target.
