How hot is it at beginning of October??

We are going 10/6-10/13. I'm trying to plan what I'm packing.
Sleeveless or shortsleeves, Is it really hot? We have gone in September and it was HOT!!! Thanks for the info.

We went that week 4 years ago. It was hot and humid - high 80's.

last year it was around 90 all week (10/5 - 10/12). I think this may have been a touch higher than average for this time of year. I would definately plan on at least mid 80's daytime and high 60's low 70's night. Quick search at weather.com show average for the week is low 67 to high 87. What you should do is about 1 week before leaving, check the long range forecast for the Orlando area.

october is still warm, shorts and t shirts or tank tops. even at night you can still wear shorts.

especially if you're from up north somewhere, shorts and tees and sleeveless will do you just fine.

We're having a typical year and it should average high 80's. It's averaging high 80's low 90's right now and it normally doesn't change much like it does further north.

Our last two trips to WDW in 1999 and 2001 were the first 10 days of October. It is usually sunny and warm to about 89 every day. The nights were mild but not chilly at all.There is very little or no rain. An absolutly beautiful time of year to go! Enjoy!

Oct. is still quite warm, esp. early Oct. But Oct. also is the second lowest rainfall month in Orlando (April is the first). See below for trend.

We've been 4 times in October and have always found the weather well into the 80's everytime. Shorts and T-shirts.
