We will be at Disney the week of March 12th. Right now I have us hopping to Epcot from HS on the Monday Epcot one. On Wed. I have us scheduled for Epcot and hopping to MK. Are/Did you guys hopping over or only doing the park that has the extended hours as your park day? Will/Did you go to the park later than usual because of the extended hours? TIA

We didn't hop on our extended hours days, but we did go later. On our Epcot day, we scanned in at almost closing time and had no problems.

We hopped over to Epcot (entered via IG) during Harmonious on Monday but we just went later to MK on Wednesday (6 pm).

We did deluxe hours at MK and Epcot in Dec in the same week.
On both days, we rope dropped and stayed until after lunch. Went back to the room for a while, then came back for dinner and stayed until end of deluxe hours.
(We did have a little one with us that needed a break, but honestly we all enjoyed the time to refresh before the deluxe hours.)
At Epcot, everything was a walk on.
At MK, a few things still had a short wait. Majority were walk on though!

We just did the extended evening hours this past week.
We ended up leaving early from Epcot due to my kids being tired, but managed to get on Test Track, which had I think a 20ish minute wait? When we were leaving at around 10:20ish, frozen and remy still had a decent wait.
Magic Kingdom the headliners had a long wait the whole time. We got in line for Peter Pan at around 10:30 and didn’t get off until 11:05. Even Pooh had a ~15-20 minute wait after 10.
maybe my expectations were too high, or maybe the crowds were high? But I was expecting lower waits.

I've done extended hours three times now, and it's a great experience, definitely worth planning around. In CROWDED early December, we were able to walk on to plenty of stuff: Haunted Mansion, Big Thunder, Buzz, Little Mermaid. Epcot was still a big wait for Frozen (ugh), but they just let us stay on the thing for Soarin. Hopping in the Remy line a few minutes after extended hours, but still during fireworks was a good plan, if you're over the fireworks.

I wanted to so badly on our January trip, but the way they fell on the calendar, we couldn't make it work out scheduling-wise. I'm hoping they add more days of the week before our next January trip. (Although on our next trip, we plan to stay longer. This past trip was a shorter one, hence the days not working out.)

We did both parks third week of January and everything was pretty much a walk on with two exceptions…Frozen was 15 min and Mine Train was 40.

I liked the Epcot one best! My in-laws and husband left with my sleeping 4 year old after fireworks. I agreed to stay with daughters 7 and 9. We did frozen - we waited about 15-20 min as the line filled in a bit after fireworks. Then we booked over to soarin and it was walk on. Then we made it back to remy at 10:30 and got back in line for a 2nd remy at 10:48 which was walk on. It was pretty cold that night so I wonder if the crowds were lower. We got in the skyliner just after 11 and my husband said they has only gotten back 20 minutes prior due to the crowds at park closing.

Just got back to BLT after the extra evening hours at MK. It was the best experience of the week. Everything was walk on, including Space & PP, with the lone exception of 7DMT. We started the day at HS and it was packed then hopped over to Epcot and went to MK around 6.
