I know there were a lot of threads from disappointed travelers during the month of October because the crowds were very high, which is supposed to be unusual.

We leave next week and I was just wondering how people have been finding the crowds in November so far? We will be there the week before Thanksgiving so it is supposed to be low crowds. Am I expecting too much?

We just got back last night from Port Orleans Riverside. Checked in on Nov 1. We found the crowds to be on the low side. We got all the rides in we wanted, but didn't hit all the the shows. Only day that felt somewhat busy to me was our first HS day on Sunday, but HS always seems busy to me and it didn't help that RnR was broke down most of the day and we got escorted off TSM when it went down.

We rarely had a long wait for much at any park. Most days had all attractions we wanted done by 1.

(Referring to title)

I'm sure the crows have been fine. I mean, as far as I know, they are eating dropped food and crumbs off the sidewalks just like the other birds and critters around WDW.

I personally don't think they get enough respect at Disney. I mean, the last movie that Disney made that had crows as key characters was what, Dumbo?

Just arrived! MK is packed! 30 min for Pirates! Will call & guest services line we waited 1 hour to activative our APs! So far bads working & as able to reschedule big thunder FP for 1 hour later due to will call delay.

Yeah, realized that afterwards and couldn't edit my title :confused3

So you arrived

In the afternoon
At Magic Kingdom on a Saturday (the busiest day of the week)
At Magic Kingdom on a day with EMH
At Magic Kingdom on a day MSEP is scheduled (one of only three days this week)?

This is why there are constant threads about how big the crowds are.

Don't forget it's a holiday weekend as well!

MyGirlLovesTink I must apologize to you for getting away from the true subject of your question, but I could not resist. I was taking a break from studying and saw it, and I laughed my rear off. I really needed that! Tough day so far. So an apology for diverting away from your subject, but a thank you for putting a smile on my face. :thumbsup2

We spent Wed and Thursday in Epcot, and yesterday was spent in MK. In all cases, we have found crowds non-existent. Maybe it was my anticipation of bigger crowds (i.e., Jersey Week, holiday weekend, last weekend of F&W, Wine & Dine Half-Marathon) - so we have been pleasantly surprised. Just about every ride was a walk-on for us, and the "big ones", we've had our FP+'s that we've used.

We always arrive on a saturday in the afternoon! Site at guest relations had to been seen to believe! Magic bands & FP + working perfectly. Crowds are heavier than we have seen on a Saturday afternoon in 20 + fall trips. Not complaining, just answering the post about crowds. We have been on big thunder, mansion, Ariel & onto speedway & lunch at précos since 1pm enterance.

Hahaha, when I saw the title, I thought, "Oh no! Love bugs in September and now CROWS in November!" :lmao: I was picturing massive flocks of black crows passing through Orlando and landing all over Disney World! pirate:

We were in MK on the 3rd and thought it was more crowded then previous years..we always go at the same time. 45 mins for Winnie the Pooh, Dumbo, space mountain and the carousel , 35 mins for Pirates, Barnstormer. 20 for its a small world. Previous years we literally walked onto most rides no wait at all. On the 1st we were in HS 80 mins for toy story, 30 for tower of terror, 40 for rockin roller coaster just to give you an idea.

This actually used to happen at Disneyland! LOL. So that's the first thing I thought of when I saw the thread title.

We were there the 2nd through the 5th and the parks "felt" crowded (long lines at bag check in the morning, busy sidewalks were hard to navigate, etc) but the ride lines weren't too bad.

We are frequent visitors, AP holders and DVC owners, and we were thinking maybe FP+ is changing the locations of the crowds? It just felt different than other low periods, even though the attraction waits were fine. Hard to explain, I guess.
