BTW this was for the Disnayland Resort. Sorry about the long answer, short answer is that they do no keep track of who goes on tours.

Actually, they do keep track of who goes on the tours. They take your name and write it in a book when you sign up for the tour and later it finds its way into a computer program. Or at least that is how it looked to me. (So, if I am going just short of 90 days, I might fudge my last name a little, so it would not exactly match up.) They had the prizes I had redeemed, quests and tours taken on the computer screen. (Not sure I was supposed to have seen that!

) And it linked both my Costco ticket (that had my name on it) and my Annual Pass. Oops, I didn't realize until I saw that screen that I was being tracked with both tickets.
So, anyway the answer is, so long as you have a different admission ticket from what you used before you are fine. So long as those tickets don't have your personal info attatched to them in any way. If you have an AP, you are probably out of luck when it comes to qualifying for taking the tour again either by doing the quests or by redeeming the Hidden Mickey tour prize.
If you have an AP, and if you already have a tour card, you can take the tour, no problem. If you are trying to redeem the hidden Mickey tour voucher, but you have already gotten the tour card from doing the quests less than 90 days ago, they will not let you redeem your Hidden Mickey quest prize.
It's late and I'm tired. This answer seems a bit convoluted. Sorry.
