How hard to book in early June

How hard is it to book 7 months out for the 2nd week of June? Also, how busy are the parks compared to mid May and late September. These were wonderful times to go but we don't want to pull our kids out of school the next trip. Any info would be great!

We haven't been the 2nd week of June, but we did go the end of June (which I expect is even more crowded/in demand), and were able to get OKW in the 7 mo. window. The parks were fairly crowded, and fast pass was very helpful, although they usually were used up by 3 or 4 in the afternoon.

We had no problems booking BCV at 7 months our for June 22-26. Have also done BWV at 7 months, but had to get preferred view(more points) here. Our home resort is OKW and it also has not been a problem for June.

No, as a matter of fact, we had VWL booked at the seven month window first, then after a stay at OKW, we loved the size of the rooms and laid-back atmosphere of the resort so much we decided to change and stay there.

So when does it start to get "crowded". Is there a certain week or is it gradual from a certain time?

No problem here booking BWV at the 7 month window during the summer.

Mid-June it will be hot. Prepare for that and you'll have no problem. If you've got little ones, an afternoon break back at the resort is a must to ensure a pleasurable vacation!

Lines will be long...but park hours will be long too. Use FastPass!!

I think that after the first week of June, the park crowds are pretty constant throughout the summer...probably fading in late August.

We've always gone during the summer and have no problems at all.

Just booked OKW for 3rd week of June - 30 days in advance for a 2 bedroom so with the 7 month window I would not think it would be too hard. I called at 9am and told 2 nights at the end of vacation were not available. Lucked out by calling 2 hours later and someone must have cancelled because I got all my days at a 30 day window. I feel unbelievely lucky!

I booked OKW (1 bedroom) for June 9th to 19th at about 3 months ahead of arrival. They did have availability at VWL but not all the dates, and some availability at BCV (8th to 11th I think). Just one week to go now for me
