How hard is it to book BCV 2 bedrooms in the 8-9 month range?

we are considering adding at an Epcot resort. I Want to buy enough points to book a 2 bedroom at BCV every 3 years to supplement out poly stays in the same time frame. I like to book at the 8-9 month range and want a 2 bedroom. How competitive is it to get those. We would make that trip in the fall or spring. Thanks!

It depends on season. I think, for instance, they are already gone for marathon weekend. Spring would not be a problem. Some fall dates might be, especially as more people buy resale expressly to use the points at BCV in fall.

Lockoffs in fall are unlikely. Dedicated units can hang on.

As usual aurora is spot on.

If you're thinking of Food and Wine it's likely a no go. As an owner of points elsewhere and needing (ok, wanting) a 2 bedroom for 4 nights at the end of October I rented out my points and paid the difference to rent 11 month points.

We weren't flexible in our dates for October but all the 2bedroom units were gone by the 9 month point. I stalked the RAT a lot to make me feel better about paying the premium!

A lot depends on how many nights you want and how flexible you are on your dates.

My crystal ball says it will only get worse when Star Wars land opens. Use the 11 month window to your advantage, over time you'll become a long term vacay planner!
