How hard are PS' to get?

This morning I was able to get a PS for Cinderella's Royal Table - I realize that this is the most difficult one to get, but do I need to call first thing in the morning for aother character meals? I plan on going to Chef Mickey, and the Crystal Palace.

It depends on which restaurant, and how far you are away from your dining date. CRT usually books within the first 5 minutes, every single morning. Good job getting it! I would kill to have it for our 'surprise' trip next month! No luck yet...

You shouldn't have a problem booking the other 2. But, if it's really important to you, then I would follow the normal procedure!

I called this morning to book a table for 4 at CRT at 8:17 on July 5th !!

AND GOT IT!! They did say that we will have to seperate tables but the tables will be side by side. Ok, fine by me...LOL I was just happy to get through, that late and on my first try.

I got a table today for the 4th of July for a party of 4. I asked the CM to just check, "I knew they were all gone". He even laughed, but kindly checked, and got me one!!!

I didn't need to get CRT but for Liberty Tree and Chef Mickey's, I called in the morning of the first day. I didn't call at exactly 7 AM. I have to say that the time I originally wanted for Liberty Tree was booked but I got a time just 15 minutes earlier.

I had no problems with any of our other PS's.

We didn't decide to go until about 38 days before we will arrive for our next trip. Almost two thirds of the way through the 90 day PS window(going May 1-9). We were able to get every PS we wanted as soon as we called EXCEPT a princess meal. CRT, PSB, and Gala Feast were all booked. Also had to take Brown Derby to get a Fantasmic Package (wanted Mama Melrose). We got PS seatings for Donald's, Crystal Palace, and Garden Grill with no problem at 38 days out, I even had my pick of times still. We are a party of three.

On a positive note, we got a PSB cancellation for one of our mornings and a table for two for the Gala Feast (DH is just so broken up he won't have to...I mean get to have dinner with Cindy - LOL).

So to answer your original question, I'd say PS (for May anyway) aren't that hard to get.
