Not so much what you and your kids pay, but what the school shells out. I'm curious because of my DJ business. I have DJ buddies all over the country and many of them have schools that go all out.
I have one guy in FL who billed the school 10K to do a DJ and lighting show. And I know lots of guys getting 5K+ because the proms are so extravagant that they require 3x - 5x an average party in equipment and personnel to do it right.
Is this more the norm or the exception?
