How full is BLT in Aug?

Was just curious as to how full blt may be at the opening month. Lookin to go down in aug and just bought 100 pt add on at blt and would love to check out what we bought! Any one have any idea?

From reports on these boards i think you'll have a hard time getting a BLT room in August. You may be able to get a single night, or maybe two, but more than that is going to be tough.

Based upon current reports, DVD hasn't declared 50% of the resort. That means that only half of the rooms can be used by DVC Members.

I will be in WDW from Aug 5th - Aug 12th. I have been trying to get a studio at BLT for either the 5th/6th or 7th/8th for about a month now. I am WL'd for the 7th/8th, but have been calling daily for the 5th/6th since we can only have 2 WL's.

I know there are no 1-bedrooms for any of these nights as well. Didn't check out 2 -bedrooms.

But I am looking for opening week and there may be more availability during the later parts of the month.
