Just to agree with the other posters - you go no further than upstairs in The Land pavilion.
We sat on the lower tier and the restaurant did one revolution from the beginning of the meal until the end and you see some of the scenes from the "Living With The Land" boat ride - the movement is almost imperceptible.
I would recommend the booths on the lower tier - they cut you off from the other tables and so when the characters are with you, it does really seem as if you have them all to yourself! They do tend to visit the table a lot, particularly if the restaurant isn't too busy (late lunch is usually not that busy), and I have heard people say that it was actually too much for them! We loved it and we had some great fun with the characters.
