how fast does garden grill revolve?

DGM doesn't like heights or escalators at the best of times so was wondering how she would be at the garden grill.Is it high above the park? We were going to go there for the candlelight procession package.

It makes one revolution per hour and unless you really concentrate its hard to percieve its moving at all. Its not that far up, You walk up a gentle slope to get to it. Nothing to worry about, really.

What allie said. It's also not high above the park, or high above anything - it's inside the Land pavilion. I think the platform might be about 1/3 meter off the ground.

This is one of my fav charcter meals - it is really pleasant and relaxing and you hardly notice it revolving at all - it's not like the Waltzers at the fairground!!!!

Just to agree with the other posters - you go no further than upstairs in The Land pavilion.

We sat on the lower tier and the restaurant did one revolution from the beginning of the meal until the end and you see some of the scenes from the "Living With The Land" boat ride - the movement is almost imperceptible.

I would recommend the booths on the lower tier - they cut you off from the other tables and so when the characters are with you, it does really seem as if you have them all to yourself! They do tend to visit the table a lot, particularly if the restaurant isn't too busy (late lunch is usually not that busy), and I have heard people say that it was actually too much for them! We loved it and we had some great fun with the characters.

We loved it here, the food was fantastic and far too much for us! It revolves very slowly, ever so often we would notice that the scene had changed. We sat on the lower tier, it is very private and when the characters come round you feel it is just you and them!!!.......except for when my DH and I did the "rehitching ceremony" - the restaurant had revolved around to the entrance and we had a huge audience....was my face red!!!LOL

Last time we were there they ramped up the settings and the restaurant started spinning like a top! The food wouldn't stay on our plates, it kept flying off everywhere. We had to hold on to the kids to keep them in their seats!
People noticed what was going on and started queueing to get on and asking if there was a fastpass!

Nah, only kidding! It is Dead slloooooooooowwwwwwww!

Excellent food though.
