How Fast do the Fast passes go on the 60 day mark?

Do we need to do them right at 7am on the 60th day?

If you want the "headliner" rides, yes I would do it right at 7am.

I would say for the popular ones YES. you will have a better chance and more time slots to choose from. Plus people vacationing a few days ahead of you that overlaps with your vacation will have already had a chance at your dates. I set my alarm and am ready before 7. Others may have differing opinions though and for some rides it won’t matter.

As stated above, yes for the headliners. In fact, many of them are gone a 60 days +, which has to do with length of stay on property. Check the FP+ FAQ for details on that.

For less popular attractions, which is still quite a large number, you can get them at well under 60 days.
