How far is walmart from WDW?

How far is walmart and how much for a taxi?

I'd say, depending on traffic, it's about 10-15 minutes away. No idea about the cost for a taxi ride.

Not being someone who visits Wal-Mart, I do know that a brand new Super Target opened up about 7 miles from inside the WDW resort area.

It's about 4 miles out on FL-535 South and then turn left on W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway/US 192 E. less than a mile and you are at the store.

It's about 5 to 6 miles East of the Main Rt. 192 WDW entrance. I don't know about taxi's because I always have a car. They do run buses (Kissimmee and Orlando) Lynx out past there and Lynx does go to the Transportation Center in WDW. They have a web site with schedules and rates.

I'm not sure that the savings would be worth the hastle without your own vehicle. It certainly wouldn't be worth it if you had to take a taxi.

I would say the Super Wal*Mart is more than 15 minutes away! There are places that are much closer for groceries, etc.

If you follow the directions for the Super Target about 2 miles further down the road is a Super Wal Mart. I agree that there are closer places if you need groceries.
