How far is the Walmart Super Center from BW?

Okay so I am a pretty good packer but there is always something that we forget or wish we had brought. Does anyone know how far the nearest Walmart Super Center is? I wanted the super center in case we are going to get groceries. Leaving Tomorrow. Thanks!

I forget where it is but I will caution you strongly against going!! It was a nightmare that I hope never to repeat. If you go make sure you go in the middle of the night. It's a madhouse otherwise!!

If you go out the hotel boulevard exit take a right, go a couple of mile to 192 intersection...take a left...I believe it is just after that midevil times dinner theatre thing.

We always go to Walmart for groceries, I'd say it's 10 or 15 minutes from Boardwalk. You don't need to go all the way down to Hotel Blvd. Make a right out of Boardwalk, left on Buena Vista, right on 536 (right after CBR), right on 535, left on 192, it's right after mile marker 14, next to Medieval Times. We always arrive on Saturday afternoon & it's never been crowded. They have great prices.

I agree with Ripleysmom. We went to the WalMart Super Center once--and don't plan on doing it again. It took "forever" to get there because the traffic on 192 was horrific!! The store was quite crowded and somewhat dirty and disorganized. Perhaps we hit a bad day. If you don't want to go to Goodings because of the prices, there is a brand new Supermarket quite close. Go down Hotel Plaza Blvd. When you hit the light (Goodings/Crossroads is directly in front of you) turn LEFT. A short way down the road on the right is a new store--I want to say Publix-but I don't think that's right. Hopefully someone else will remember which grocery store it is.

I heard about the new store - it's a Winn Dixie. I'm going to try it out on our trip next month because our flight gets in later than usual and it will be quicker than going to Walmart, especially from OKW.

We have gone in the morning when the traffic is coming toward WDW. The store is never crowded then. We went late afternoon once and indeed it was very busy.
