How far can you bike?

We scored a Cabana on Castaway Cay for our Sept Dream cruise (YAH!!!) and it includes 1 hour of bike rental. Should we bother using them? How far can you get and still be back in 1 hour? Has anyone else used this perk?

Just a little note - an "hour" in the Bahamas is a little longer. Could be 3 or 4 hours US.

We LOVE bike riding on CC and do it every time we're there. The hour is very loose. No one times you or expects it back. You are limited on where you can go with the bikes - they'll explain the path. However you can go over the allowable trails really as much as you want. There's a loop just before Serenity Bay that takes you to a look out tower. Then there's a road along Serenity Bay that takes you to the edge of the island.
