How far away is Grand Reserve Davenport ?

We are thinking of renting a Villa at Davenport Grand Reserve - but was worried about the drive to an from the parks..

Can we trust the information on the owners homepage telling that it is only 10 minutes from the parks..

Also have anyone stayed at Grand Reserve ? It is a brand new place just opened 2004 ?

Looks like that is right across from CR 545. You are pretty much 10 minutes from AK, depending on traffic along 545, 192, and Sherberth Road. One of the best routes to get onto WDW property, in my opinion.
