My kids get sunburned very easily. So, they really need sunscreen reapplied every hour, or they will have bubbles. How far are the lockers from everything if we're going to be going to the lockers every hour to put sunscreen on? Any other ideas on what I can do? Would it work to carry a bag with us and leave it on a chair at each attraction? Can I lock the bag to a chair? lol. I thought I read that somewhere. We plan on spending the day there.

The lockers are near the front area of the park, but the park itself isn't that big.

I've never used a locker, just pile everything into a bag and shove it under a chair. While theft is always a possibility, I personally never experienced it, nor have my friends.

just set up camp somewhere and leave your bag. Don't leave anything valuable in it.

I think if you did lock it, it would call attention to it.

The lockers are between the entrance and Crush n Gusher as well as by the Shark Reef,You can probably walk around the entire park in 10-15 minutes so I would either just put everything in the locker by the entrance and keep coming back to it or put everything in the locker except a small bag with the lotion to take around the park and leave somewhere by the slides when
you're going to ride them.

Just make sure wherever you stash it is in the SHADE!! Our first trip to TL was in April 2011 and we went on spur of the moment after our Shuttle launch scrubbed. It was April, so I wasn't really thinking about it being HOT yet (did MK on a record-setting 97 degree day...yay, we made sweaty history) and threw all our stuff on a chair in the shade that morning. Well, by mid-afternoon it was no longer in the shade and all our sunscreen, lip balm, even deodorant was melted. Slathering melted sunscreen on your body feels a lot like a bikini wax--well the first part of one, anyway ;). The kiddos might not appreciate it!

Another consideration would be to rent a cabana. That way you have a guaranteed shady place to eat and take breaks. And there is a locker in your cabana. There are several threads about them but we thought they were well worth it.

We rent a locker for our wallets, room keys, car keys etc. Anything of value. We only go to it to buy our lunch. We pick some chairs "for the day" that we use on our breaks and to eat at. We leave our beach towels, sun lotion, shirts, shoes, cooler with drinks etc at the chair. Maybe some ice cream money. Never a problem. I loop the locker key on my bathing suit strap and my camera on a wrist strap to keep with me.
