Well, I am just about 2 hours almost any direction I drive. Going SW though it is a little less than that (on a good day). But you should take into account that this is my driving and not the average person

30 minutes from the Oklahoma border. 4 hours from the Nebraska border, 5 hours from Missouri and Colorado borders. I like living in the center of the United States.
We are about 15 minutes from the Rhode Island border, 2 hours from upper NY state, 50 minutes to Connecticut, 1 hour to New Hampshire, 2 hours to Vermont, 1.5 to Maine....
Also 25 hours to WDW and 18 hours to Chicago....lol
