How Far Ahead to Reserve 10 Passenger 'TownCar'???

We'll be a party of 8 adults and a 2 yr. old next trip, so I'm looking at the 10+ passenger vans that some TownCar companies have. I'm leaning toward Fl Tours. We're not going until late Feb., 2004, but I imagine that such companies have limited numbers of these vehicles and I'd appreciate any advice on how soon I should make a ressie. Any suggestions/experiences with these?
