How far ahead can you borrow?

I have a June SSR use year. I want to plan a trip to SSR for August 2010 using 2009 banked points and 2010 points and borrowing 2011. Can I still make my ressie in Sept this year? In effect, I'd be booking a trip for 2 years of points I haven't rec'd yet.

yes. you would call 11 months in advance at your home resort.

UY only tells you when you can bank pts and when you can use the points (i.e. to use banked 2009 pts and borrowed 2011 pts, you would need to use them for a reservation between june 1, 2010 and may 31, 2011).

Some find it useful to think of it this way... you already have all of the points in your account for every remaining year on your contract. They are not deposited into your account on the first day of your use-year. Any future point can then be reallocated to adjacent use-years, via banking or borrowing.

Take a look at your account online, it should show points for June 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012. So 2010 & 2011 are already there.
