I discovered an exercise today that I actually enjoyed: sitting on the stationary bike in the fitness room of my apts and reading a book. I could probably do that easily for an hour every day, whereas the thought of going down there to get on the elliptical or treadmill fills me with dread.

Are bikes really a good workout though? Sometimes I don't really feel that it's doing much......

anyone else use one regularly and do you see results? :)

It's so hard for me to find an exercise regime that I enjoy. I LOVE pilates but I need some cardio for weight loss. I like aerobics videos too but I worry about bothering my downstairs neighbor....

Wow! I guess that article says a lot. I'm thinking of you at least do something it would have some sort of effect.

The bike exercise would certainly need to get your cardio up there though. If you aren't increasing your cardio then I would say put down the book and find another event.
