I know that in the past we've made our ADR 180 days in advance. In one of the 2010 Disney books that I have, it says if you're staying in a Disney Resort you can make ADR 190 days in advance. I've never known this. Is this correct?

It is 180 days. If you are staying at a Disney resort it is 180 days and on the 180th day to check-in you can make ADRs for a total of 10 days. It is known as 180 + 10.
