How early is WDW bus to MCO for 6:45 flight?

Next month my DD an I will be spending a night at AoA then heading to Port Canaveral for a short cruise on the Dream and then returning to AoA. We will definitely be taking the WDW bus to MCO from AoA to MCO at the end of our trip and am wondering how early I should expect to leave AoA for a 6:45 p.m. flight. I am also thinking about taking the WDW bus back to the airport before my cruise and catching the DCL shuttle from the airport around 9:30 a.m. bacause the DCL shuttles leave the resorts later. Anyone know the average buffer that is built into the airport drop off schedule by Disney? Should I expect that they will likely schedule me to be on a bus 3 hours before my scheduled flight time/more/less?

DME will pick you up 3 hours (plus or minus 15 minutes) before your flight.
