How early in November are the resort decorations up?

I am specifically wondering when the carousol and the gingerbread house will be done and on display. I think our vacation has now been bumped to Nov. 9th - 16th. Any hope of being able to see these during that time?

We went Nov 11-18 in 2011, and they were putting them up during our stay. We did get to see the gingerbread house at GF and the beautiful tree at WL.
