How early for breakfast PS's?

This can be so confusing and I don't want to stress out on "getting there on time".
We are staying at the Wilderness Lodge and I need to schedule breakfasts at the following:

Chef Mickey
1900 Park Fare
Cinderella's Castle (Good Lord willing and DU's help)

How early can I schedule a breakfast and make it using WDW transportation? (I won't have a car)

I am an early riser so that's not a problem - I just don't want to start the day stressing out.
