How early does DME take you to the airport for return flight?

I realize that the answer to this question may be different today than it would've been yesterday, with the new security measures and increased threat level.

What is DME's goal in having you back to the airport? 2 hours prior to flight time?

Usally 3 hours before but with the added security they may change it by adding another 1/2 hour to it.
