How early do you start calling for UCO's

We are looking at late May 2017. How early can you/should you start calling Disney reservations to see if you have a code attached to your address?
2 years ago my parents got a code for free dining for May. I'm looking for the same luck.

They usually send those PIN codes to you through email. I never called Disney asking if a PIN was attached to my address.

I've called and had a pin code for a previous address. Even after updating my account.
