Trying to decide what time to have our private transportation scheduled, we have a 30 minute window they will wait at no charge. What is the earliest possible time? and what do you consider a realistic time to plan? We are heading to WDW with plans to do HS that day so we don't want to hang around on the ship, we will have 4 adults and 3 kids so plenty of help.

Debarkation time varies depending on how quickly Disney can go through U.S.Customs. If the ship gets cleared quickly and early, you can be off BEFORE 9:30am but if there is any type of hold up beyond their control you'll need to wait. Your surest bet is to take Disney transportation from Port to WDW since they control the time and will get you off the ship and straight onto their bus, but if you have your heart set on a private car you're going to have to guess between 9:30 and 10:30a depending on how many people will be on your ship. A more empty ship means an easier and faster time for Customs to process it.
