How early can you enter with a reservation at opening

I know you get in before opening with a breakfast reservation that is before opening, can someone tell me how far before the reservation that you are allowed in? So for a 9am reservation with a 9am park opening, what time should/can we go in?

Typically 20 minutes, but I always try for 30 and have been successful each time. Just depends on the CM.
