How early can you check-in your luggage at Logan airport in Boston

We live close to the red line in Quincy.
Instead of paying the usual $50 to take a cab to the Airport and checking our luggage at the curb.
I would like to drive to the airport in the morning (a 20 minute drive) check-in the luggage at the curb then jump on the train later in the afternoon to catch our 6:05pm flight.
Now that I wrote this, I'd rather pay the $50 than deal with the traffic and the trains.
The question still remains, How early can you check-in your luggage at Logan airport in Boston or any other airport.

For domestic flights they will not check/take your luggage more then 4 hours before your scheduled departure.

Most airlines will not allow you to check bags more than 3 or 4 hours before your flight.

Some airports may have specific storage for bags, but for an additional fee. You'd have to check with your airport about that.

Airlines simply don't have the facilities to check and hold bags for long periods of time. Considering how baggage gets lost even when checked 2-3 hours before a flight, I can only imagine how much MORE would get lost if they held it even longer.
