How early can I check-in?

We would like to stay at the RPH next August. We are thinking about leaving Disney at the crack of dawn to get early entry to Harry Potter. We can only afford one night at the RPH so I would like to check-in very early the first day so I can take advantage of early entry both days.....and FOTL as well. I don't care about the room being ready.... I just want my room key so I can get to that early entry line. I have read here that they will hold hold our luggage until our room is ready but could not seem to find how early you can arrive and get your key.

The earliest you can start checking in is at 6am!

You can check in almost anytime.

We arrived around noon on a Sunday, our room wasn't ready but they let us check in, get our room key for the parks and just called us a couple hours later when our room was ready. -no problems at all.

Def get there early and "check in" for the early entry to HP!!!

I think one of our trips we were there at 5am or around there. We normally get there early since we can't sleep the night before and it's a short drive for us.

you can check in anytime after midnight.

it is best to call the front desk and give them a heads up on your appoximate arrival time.

the front desk is always open.

the TM might be in the back if it is around 3 am, but will come out if you need them.

I had this same question a few weeks ago, and I called HRH directly. The front desk told me their "official" time is 7 am, but to just give them a heads-up and earlier is totally fine!

rph and pbh are Loews hotels.

they will let you check in anytime......

there are many peeps that travel across the pond to orlando and i know a few of them that check in during "our" early morning hours.


if you ever are detained due to your flight, call the hotel and they will check you in whenever you arrive.

I was coming on to ask this very question. It is good to know that we will not have any problems with check in at such an early hour!

Does the entire party need to be there for check in, or could I nip over check everyone in by myself, and meet my party at the park entrance with everyones room key passes ready to go for early entry. To complicate the questions, this would be two rooms!

Also, regards early hours check in. Can I get confirmatiion. As any one else managed to get a check in in early hours (eg. almost the night before after 12:00 - 4am) ? Surely they won't let you do this?
