how early can i catch park bus?

I have heard recommendations to be at the park 40 minutes before it opens. How early do Disney buses run? We are staying at the Beach Club. I don't think it will take too long to get to the Magic Kingdom, but what about the Animal Kingdom? Thanks for your help.

Magic Kingdom buses will start around 6:30, and Animal Kingdom buses will start around 7:00am, daily.
