A it 30 or 60 days? Is it before the actual day or, before our trip? Is it like dining and I can book all days together?

60 days for on site guests, 30 days for off site. Yes, you should be able to book all of them together. I'm tempted to say you can book the first 7 days? Maybe it's 10. I can't recall exactly.

It starts @ midnight EST. You do not have to wait until 7am EST like you do for dining.

My 60D was 4/2, on-site guest. I made FP+ selections 4/1, 11pm CST.

I have a question with regard to the 60 day window for onsite. We have a reservation for Aug. so our 60 day is June 18. We have annual passes linked to our reservation but they expire on Aug. 10. Do we have to renew them before we can make our FP times. If we do that would we just use the will call number we would be given. Not sure how this works. Also know there is a window to be able to renew APs so not sure of any of this.

You have to renew to them if you want to make FP+ Reservations. The window is 60 days before your pass expires you are allowed to renew. Then as you said you get the will call number and that's what you link to your MDE so you can start making FP+. I just did it Thursday, I have to call because I have DVC APs, but I think other than that situation you can do it online. For what it's worth, We go in just two weeks, so I was afraid we'd waited too long and wouldn't get what we wanted. We had no issues. Got what we wanted at times we wanted at 17-22 days out. Only thing we couldn't get was Elsa and Anna. But I had reserved them for my son and parents right when they opened(their APs were/are current). I just called and they transferred the FPs from my son and my dad to my daughter and I. So in my opinion the 60 days is not critical except for Elsa and Anna.

I wouldn't be too concerned. I am making a last minute trip later this month and was able to book every FP+ to every ride at any time of my choice on each day - this the week after Easter. I have not seen any sign of the FP+ reservation nightmares that others have reported.

Thanks so much for your help everyone! Now, to figure out when our 60 day window starts. Sometime in July so I have lots of time to plan. :)

You mean they haven't sent you 60 gajillion mailings and emails about your booking date yet? :p

I don't know how it works for international guests and off site guests, but if you're staying onsite and from within the US, they will let you know ALL about MyMagic+, when your checkin and FP+ booking dates are with ample mail and emails. ::yes::

LOL! I know from other trips that this is the case but I've found they often arrive after the actual date we can start booking. I was up at 6am at our 180 day mark for dining reservations and booked 9 days of meals in a little over an hour. It wasn't until late that day or possibly even a day later that they emailed me.

I'm sure most FP+ reservations won't be difficult to get but I want to snag the 7 Dwarfs Mine Train + Anna and Elsa meet 'n greet so those ones I'll want to look for as early as I can.

Thanks for your help everyone!
