How early can a PIN code come?

I am going in december 2013 but I need some kind of PIN or general public offer to get all that I want in my trip! Dining POR ect. My mother will be going with us and she always gets PIN codes. Im just wondering how early a PIN code for the end of the year will be sent out. I know the public codes if offered usually come out in june/july for december but Im hoping for a pin before then! TIA!!!

I've received them 7-9 months before the dates I had been pricing on the wdw site

Excellent !! I hope a pin is in my future! If not we may have to stay value which is fine but I much prefer POR! Thanks for the reply!!

I have a PIN code that runs into Sept. 2013, received it a couple months ago.
