How does WDW still surprises you?

My husband and I are Disney nerds that travel without kids. We have been going to WDW for years and Im embarrassed to say that we had never visited The Floridian Resort. Im an avid viewer of The Dis unplugged (Hi Kevin Klose and everyone !). We finally followed the Dis' advice that The Floridian is not intimidating. You guys were so right! Here is our pic with Mr. Richard. He is 88 years young and still kicking it!

How does WDW still surprise you?

For us, there's always some show or street entertainment we've never seen that just takes our breath away. A few years ago, there was a young artist with a broom and bucket of water creating Disney characters on the Main Street pavement. A very unexpected art form! On our trip last year, there was a dance party before the Star Wars fireworks. That and the Incredibles dance party really surprised me-- such a simple concept taken to the next level for real fun. We also caught the Grand Floridian Orchestra. They just looked like they were having so much fun. I really love how WDW embraces the arts in so many forms.
