How does Tokyo Dining work on the DP?

I am a sushi fiend, so of course, I booked a dinner for Tokyo Dining in Epcot for our dinner one night. But I am wondering how it works if you are ordering sushi on the dining plan. Do you get one roll, or what? How does that work, because I can eat a gang of sushi if given the chance. Anyone been there on the dining plan and ordered sushi?
