How does this sound?

We are arriving( 7 of us ) on April 12. This is what I have planned,

Saturday: Arrive, swim and relax
Sunday: Magic Kingdom
Monday: Open
Tuesday: Epcot
Wendsday: PI
Thursday: Open
Friday: Animal Kingdom then MK
Saturday: MGM
Sunday: Leaving after shopping at DTD


Do I need to change any thing or does it sound okay? Thank you for any help.

No the pool at the resort will do us just fine!!

Does PI = pleasure island? or something else? If its Pleasure Island I wouldn't recommend spending a whole day there - I'd go to MK for half day if tickets allowed it. Just my two cents, other than that your plan looks great. Enjoy your trip!

Yes it is Pleasure Island. But MK for just one half day? We have two children with us would that be enough? I was thinking a day 1/2 wasn't even going to be enough.

I meant I would go to MK early in the PI day in addition to the two other days you were planning to be at MK. I don't know what tickets you have so I don't know if that would be a possibility. With 2 kids I'd spend as much time at MK as possible.

I think that Honeymo was suggesting you also go to MK for a half day on Wednesday morning- giving you 2 full days worth of the Magic Kingdom.

The only things I would change around is I would try and swing MK on a Tuesday- everything I have heard/read/experienced seems to indicate that MK's crowds are lowest on a Tuesday. Then again, I know you're going in peak season, and you understandably want to do MK first, since that's the REAL Disney to many kids, and you probably don't want to do MK back-to-back. Otherwise, I think that your plan is great- you'll have plenty of time for the parks, and plenty of time to relax. Have a magical trip!

We will have a 4 day hopper so that wouldn't work. That's why I thought we would only do 1/2 day at AK then the rest of the day at MK. Thank you all for your thoughts.

Sounds great. We love going to two parks in one day. With our 7 day hoppers we went to MK 4x's, Epcot 3x, AK 2x, MGM 3x plus BB and TL and DD. S
