We are going to Universal Aug 23rd (Tuesday) to Monday the 29th. After checking out prices on tickets, I am thinking the Orlando Flex Pass is our best option.

We would then have unlimited admission to US/IOA, Seaworld plus the two water parks.

We do have to take a day to go to Gatorland. (dd 17 is my reptile queen)

Park hours may be shorten due to the time of year, but I figure this way we can hop around between the 3 main parks and we'd only have to pay once a day for parking.

We did Busch Gardens/Williamsburg 3 years ago and had their unlimited bounce pass and we really did bounce around a lot!!

My girls have not yet been to US/IOA dh and I went 2 years ago and I know they will LOVE it (they are 17, 15 and 11)

We did do Seaworld 5 years ago and I know my kids...they could spend the whole week there!!

We really do not plan on going back to the hotel for a swim/rest, so I really don't care about the hotel pool (plus we have the two water parks if they want to get wet.

I want to go to Hard Rock Hotel (DD 11 plays guitar so I think she'd like this Hotel best) for the first two days so we can get in early to do Harry Potter, but after that we will move to a different hotel.

We went to Disney 5 years ago around the same time so I know the weather will be hot, but we did fine then, they are older now so I know we will go, go, go the whole time.

So what do the US/IOA experts think?? Does this sound like a good plan? Anything I need to know differently?
