How does this "Plan" sound?

OK..SO I am a little Neurotic. when it comes to making plans...As they WILL grow! HAHA But by visiting here and also being a frequent to Tour Guide Mike's site I think I am doing well. I am planning my days according to the UG, and setting some ADR's in place. (20 days till I start making them)

This is what I have: *note* We have dining plan so we are planning according to it...Can anyone make suggestions???

Monday 2/13: Arrive noon @ AKL.
Tour the resort.
Dinner: Mara AKL (No DP) Boma if kids are up to it and it isn't packed (NO ADR as we dont want 1st night restriction)

Tuesday 2/14: check into POR
Magic Kingdom~~
Lunch: Tony's Town Square on Main Street ADR (Probably won't keep but just in case) (DP CS credit)
Dinner: Ashley's pick Liberty Tree Tavern (DP TS credit)

Wednesday 2/15:
Animal Kingdom~~
Lunch: Rainforest Cafe *?*(not DP) or counter service somewhere(DP CS credit)
Dinner: Briana's pick Chef Mickey's

Thursday 2/16:
MGM~~ Fantasmic night
Lunch: Open (DP CS credit)
Dinner: Sci-Fi ADR(DP TS credit)

Friday 2/17:
Epcot~~
Lunch: Closest to where we are hungry (DP CS credit)
Dinner: Riverside Mill Port Orleans Riverside when we go in for the night (DP CS credit)

Saturday 2/18:
"Kids Day"~~
Trae: Pirate Adventure Cruise Grand Floridian 9:15-11:30
Girls: 1900 Park Fare Grand Floridian Breakfast 9:45 ( DP TS credit) while Trae is @ the Cruise
Dinner: Planet Hollywood Downtown Disney *with vouchers* (DP TS credit)

Sunday 2/19:
Go to parks just for character pics *Meet and Greet* Carraige ride @ Resort @ night
Lunch: Wherever we are (CS credit)
Dinner: Boatwright's Dining Hall Port Orleans Riverside (DP TS credit)

Monday 2/20:
Open for anything Fishing for Trae(Maybe Disney Quest)/Magical Fireworks Voyage Grand Gathering night
Lunch: Late breakfast: Before DQ (DP CS credit)
Dinner: Whispering Canyon Ft Wilderness Early Dinner (DP TS credit)

Tuesday 2/21:
Last Day Open
Lunch: TS credit???
CS credit for (Sandwiches or something) for airport----8:50 pm flight
