Sunday: Arrival early afternoon
Dinner at Artists Point

Monday:Epcot
Lunch - Le Cellier
Dinner - Rose and Crown

Tuesday:MK
Late Lunch - Liberty Tree Tavern

Wed.
Free Day
Lunch - Whispering Canyon
Dinner - Narcooses

Thursday:Animal Kingdom
Lunch - Yak & Yeti
Dinner - Flying Fish or Yachtsman Steakhouse

Friday:Hollywood Studios
Lunch or Dinner Brown Derby (undecided on this one if the park closes at 7)

I made my comments up above. I'd say lunch and dinner at Brown Derby are both pretty similar. I'd probably opt for dinner just because you don't have to rush through it. You can savor the meal.
