We have officially booked our trip to DW Aug 25-Sept 1. Here is the list of ADR I have made and now are questioning a couple...first look at the list and then I will put the questions I have!
Aug 25- Play at the resort since our plane gets into Florida at 7:20 pm unless we are totally wired and then we will go to Downtown Disney
Aug 26- ADR at Liberty Tree Tavern at 6:20 (MK open late)
Aug 27- ADR at 50's Prime Time Cafe at 3:45 (only time we could get) (MGM open late) (Animal Kingdom opens early)
Aug 28- DD's 4th Bday!!! ADR at Norways storybook Princess Breakfast at 9:05 (Epcot opens early) & ADR at Crystal Palace at 4:55pm. Also have tickets to Pirate/Princess Party of course.
Aug 29- NO reservations today....recover from P & P Party
maybe go to downtown disney
Aug 30- ADR at Hollywood & Vine w/Fanstamic VIP seats at 4:20 (only time left all week!) (MK opens Early & finish the day at MGM)
Aug 31- ADR at Garden Grill at Epcot at 6:30 (none open early, Epcot opens late)
Sept 1- no reservations and our plane leaves at 7:30 pm so we have the day to swim or play.
So that breaks down to:
MK: Sunday all day, Tues Evening, & Thurs AM
Epcot: Tues AM (until nap time) & Friday All day
Animal Kingdom: Wednesday
MGM: Monday all day & Thursday after naps
Resort playdays: Saturday 8/25 evening and Saturday 9/1 daytime as well as anytime we get tired at the parks.
Ok, so here is my questionable times:
1. do we really need 2 nights at MGM studios (8/26 & 8/30). We will not cancel the ADR on 8/30 due to Fantasmic...I have been to WDW 6 times and I have NEVER seen this show
2. Are we skipping between parks too much? You would think I would have this down now since we are there every other year practically, but this is my 1st trip with free dining so I had to make all those ADR's. I am used to playing it by ear
3. Should I have 2 ADR's on 1 day (my dd's bday) or is it too much for a 4 year old to handle?
4. I am also questioning the Garden Grill...is there a better place to go in Epcot that is more fun for the kids (dd- 3 almost 4 & ds- 7).
Any other ideas/thoughts would be much appreciated. My dh says "whatever you want to do we will have fun following you."
Thanks you guys! I know I can count on the experts to help me out!

can't believe you have never seen the Fantasmic!!!
I am so stoked that you are going this time around
jumping around that much could give me whiplash
now that is just me. I like to stroll through what ever park I am in for the day and take my time there regardless of what the crowd situation is. Now if after having gone through the entire park we move on to another, well that is why they are called park hoppers
) but I would think a nice nap, for you not her, and everything would be just fine for the
&
night of festivities
but more adult dining. If you can pull it off I have heard some fun things about WCC and the antics that go on there for dinner.
. make sure every one gets enough rest for those late EMH's
