How does the seating work with 1900 Park Fare?

We have a 4:30 reservation for dinner at 1900 Park Fare and was wondering what kind of table location we will receive. This is the first reservation that they have.

Should we get there early to get a good spot in the dining room?

Any other tips you would recommend for this.
