How does the Point rental work?

We have extra points this year that we can't use. I know you can rent them out but have no idea how to do this. Can anyone give me the procedures (posting, payments, etc.)?

You can post the points for rent on the "Rent/Trade board" or you can try this company. Of course, there are many other options but in my opinion those are the two best options.
