How does the hopper pass work? & other stuff

I want to buy tickets to WDW for 12 day WITH the hopper option and the water park option.

Lets say I went to AK one day and then at closing time of that park I finished the rest of my day at MK.... would that use up 2 days on my card just for going to the other park the same day? Or would it only use one day no matter how many parks I hop to?

How does the hopper pass work anyway?

And if I go 12 days at WDW does tht mean by choosing the water park option in the package that I get 12 days to visit the water parks? Or is there a limit?

And... (finally)....... Would it be easyer or cheaper/better if I booked my 12 day trip via website or via calling WDW?

If you purchase the hopper option you can exit and enter as many parks as many times as you would like in a day.

I think the number of days you will get at a water park depends on how many days you buy of the base ticket.

A 10day hopper gets 6 premium options....entry into a water park or disney quest.

The hopper option allows you to enter multiple parks on one day. So yes, you can go to DAK then MK on one day of your pass. Without the hopper option, after you went to DAK, your ticket would be refused at MK.

If you went to a water park then to MK, you would use both a waterpark entry day and a park entry day.

I'm not sure if there is a price difference between calling WDW or booking online. However, it looks like you can only buy up to a 10-day pass online, so I would call.
